Upon successful completion of all tests, we carry out the installation and commissioning of the system(s) at site according to a detailed checklist. Trained engineers take care of the assembly / installation of the system(s) and run a final series of performance tests with the appropriate documentation.
Preventive Maintenance ensures planned maintenance to improve equipment life and avoid any unplanned, corrective maintenance activities.
The scope of maintenance work has to be carried our & documented on the KBS standard forms, which are the basis for the warranty & post-warranty. During this period the respective maintenance work has to be performed by an educated, Emerson trained KBS-Service Engineer. While planning the maintenance the work tasks and time schedule has to be agreed between KBS and customer based on the maintenance chart.
